(3) this agreement needs to be terminated according to legal regulations or regulatory authorities require.

4.2 After the termination of this agreement, the platform shall have the right to delete the user's information content and suspend or terminate the user's service.

5. Others

5.1 This agreement shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

5.2 The platform reserves the right to interpret and modify this agreement within the scope permitted by law. Users can view the latest version of the agreement on the platform's website.

5.3 If any provision or part of this agreement is invalid due to legal regulations, policies, rules and regulations, the validity of other provisions shall not be affected.
